The Pink Book is the most comprehensive source of current epidemiologic data and vaccine recommendations. Disease-specific chapters include anthrax, diphtheria, Haemophilus Influenzae Type B (Hib), hepatitis A, hepatitis B, influenza, measles, mumps, pertussis, pneumococcal disease, poliomyelitis, rubella, smallpox, tetanus, and varicella.
