The book is also a running commentary on how I took the initiative to change my technique to improve outcomes. Rhinoplasty has been a life-long passion of mine and this collection of observations provides insight into how I came to my present techniques and philosophy for performing rhinoplasty.

CONTENTS:
Chapters 1 through 8 (volume 1) covers most of the basics including analysis, septoplasty, approaches to the nose, stabilizing the nasal base and managing the bony vault and middle vault. This volume also covers the deviated nose and costal cartilage grafting.
Chapters 9, 10 and 11 (volume 2) cover tip rhinoplasty, secondary rhinoplasty and ethnic rhinoplasty.
Chapter 12 (volume 3) covers chin augmentation, microfat and nanofat, etc.
Chapter 13 covers thirty five case presentations with analysis, preoperative planning, operative steps with extensive operative photography, postoperative outcome and commentary.
Chapter 14 has thirty four cases with full analysis, discussion and full length videos of the cases and outcomes with commentary.

The multimedia app that comes with the book is loaded with video clips of procedures and over 40 full length cases. There are two chapters dedicated to case studies and video presentations. The app also has multiple chapters contributed by other authors on numerous topics and techniques. There is also a forum section to discuss rhinoplasty issues and rhinoplasty patients.
